avril 7, 2020 Workshop: Literacy In Your Living Room: Braille Resources for TVI’s, Parents And Students Learning From Home

With students across the country now studying at home, we at BLC wanted to provide parents and TVIs with online learning resources and home literacy activities for braille readers. BLC President Natalie Martiniello and Vice President Daphne Hitchcock will discuss a variety of resources for blind and visually impaired students. They will also give an overview of the resources we’ve already posted to our Facebook page, and suggestions for at home activities to maintain braille literacy skills.
We don’t know how long the school closures will last but we’re here to help students maintain and develop braille literacy skills with some fun and engaging online and at-home activities!
