April 26, 2025 Workshop: Practical tips, tricks and strategies to enhance your braille reading experience

On Saturday, April 26th, Chantelle Griffiths, Co-Founder and CEO of New Zealand’s Tactile and Technology Literacy Centre, will share some practical tips, tricks and strategies to get you on the right track with your braille reading skills. Reading is a fundamental process. It should be something that you can do easily and enjoy. Whether you want to improve your reading skills or enhance your reading speed and accuracy, no matter where you are on your braille journey, this workshop will have something for everyone.

The workshop will be on Saturday, April 26, 2025 at 2:00pm Eastern (11:00am Pacific, 12:00 pm Mountain, 1:00pm Saskatchewan/Central, 3:00 pm Atlantic). This workshop will run for 90 minutes, with an opportunity for questions. It will be recorded.

The workshop is free for BLC members as well as those who are members of organizations that are corporate members of BLC (AEBC, Allyant, APSEA, CCB, CNIB, Crawford Technologies, and W. Ross).
